One Year Anniversary - HDEV (those cameras on the ISS)

On April 30th, 2015, the external cameras (High-Defintion Earth Viewing experiment) have been up on the Space Station for one year. Over 50MM views of those awesome images have happened in that year, At ISS-ABOVE, we are so grateful for that video stream, which we take and add extra information which displays when the ISS is in darkness and there's no video being broadcast.

Thanks go to NASA for funding the experiment and to the and the great team at NASA that manages the cameras and the stream:

In commemoration of the HDEV experiment I created a tribute book of ISS-ABOVE customers and went to NASA to Houston to present it to them at the celebration party. A page from the book is below.

I was privileged to be the only non-NASA person present at the celebration - and of course, where else would that be but the Chelsea Wine Bar!
