Celestis-Above
This is a customized version of the ISS-Above which is designed to allow you to track any active Celestis Flight.
Once you have followed the simple setup instructions in the quick start guide to set up your device and configure your location your Celestis-Above will be tracking The Horizon Flight (this is the default Celestis Flight chosen)
It will then be lighting up every time The Horizon Flight is passing you by in your skies (which can be 5 or more times every day). You will also see much more information in all the information screens displayed on your TV or monitor.
Below are examples of the information screens you will see.
Switching your Celestis-Above to track a different Celestis Flight
When we ship the Celestis-Above we will try to make sure it is pre-configured to your chosen flight. In the first shipments we pre-selected The Horizon Flight. If you need to switch to a different flight that is very easy to do. The following steps assume you have already followed the setup instructions in the included Quick Start guide we shipped in the box.
As part of that initial setup you will bring up the Web Admin system for your device. That will have an assigned “IP ADDRESS” that is displayed on the attached TV screen (in the lower left of the info screens).
I don’t know what that IP ADDRESS is for your device – but let’s “pretend” it is http://192.168.1.123 (your IP address will be different). Use the number that is displayed on your TV screen – not this one.
To switch your device to track Heritage you would go to the /celestis page on that web admin site… e.g. http://192.168.1.123/celestis (again it will be a different IP address for you… so put in the correct IP address for your device)
You MIGHT be prompted to login - if so the default username is admin and password is nasa (both are lower case)
This will get you to this page:
This web admin page will show all the available and active Celestis Flights.
Click on the TRACK button for whichever flight you want to switch to.
Your device will then reboot - and when it starts up again it will then be tracking that flight.
